What you'll do: Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectationsSupport the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management and food preparationProvide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environmentCreate and manage staff rostersManage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standardsWhat you'll need: Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishmentEvents and Functions experienceAbility to lead effective teams and build a positive cultureExtensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipmentTrade Cooking qualificationsThe desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team who will support you in every senseThe benefits are good too!
