As a pizza Junior Sous Chef, you'll be a key player in the kitchen, assisting with both food preparation and leadership responsibilities. Your role will involve everything from perfecting the art of pizza making to managing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth operations during service. You will help maintain high food standards, foster team collaboration, and ensure that customers enjoy a top-tier pizza experience. Leadership & Communication: Good team leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of food quality. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to address issues as they arise, from kitchen equipment malfunctions to customer complaints. Attention to Detail: Ensuring the quality, consistency, and presentation of each pizza and dish.
