We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.Position Overview:As a Sous Chef at Pavilion Geelong, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
This includes menu development, maintaining food quality and presentation, ensuring kitchen efficiency, and mentoring junior staff.
