Who's right for the job?We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Sous Chef with previous experience as a senior chef within a high volume, quality-focused restaurant.
You will be hands-on with the ability to manage, inspire, and motivate your team whilst liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including senior level management.
Your advanced time management, organisational and task delegation skills will ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operation.
