Position Description Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision. Supervise and support junior kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality. Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef (Sous Chef role). Position Requirements Passion! A strong desire to create amazing dishes daily! Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a high-end kitchen. Strong culinary skills and creativity. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
