Sous Chef

Opportunity for a Chef to join our team, working closely with our Head Chef who requires a Sous Chef. The position is open to candidates who possess a Certificate III in Hospitality with previous Chef experience. The ideal candidate will be able to direct a kitchen team as well as run the kitchen as smoothly as possible during service.
Key Skills: Ability to follow, enforce and uphold WH&S Policies and Procedures. Preparing and Cooking food as per standards and ensuring food is up to par. Ability to direct, manage and problem solve. Ability to work under pressure on a time limit. Ability to work with a team respectively. Ability to work within the job role respectively and as required. Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
