Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team.
Minimum Requirements: Certificate 3 in Commercial CookeryFood Handling certificateTasks & Responsibilities: Manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.Qualified and experienced in kitchen leadership.Train team by example, guide and inspire our kitchen to create fantastic meals and grow our exceptional guest experience.Passionate about food and produce.Deliver high quality meals in a fast-paced environment.Be organised and consistent.Ensure meals are coming out in a timely manner.Be reliable and punctual.Get along with others and enjoy working in a kitchen and busy environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a like-minded chef ready to take the next step in their career. Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
