Job Description The Sous Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen such as operations, adherence to recipes , financial responsibility , portion and inventory control, food quality, and employee supervision. They would also provide leadership training and hands-on management of the kitchen staff.

Minimum 5 years experience in a fast-paced large restaurant or hotel. Have skills to cook all sections of a kitchen and run the pass smoothly and efficiently. Great communication skills with both the staff and Management. Take total responsibility for day to day operation, training, culture and future planning in Head Chefs absence. Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work. Demonstrate a positive leadership style, by being a strong leader.
