Job Description THIS ROLE IS BASED IN GEELONG AREA PLEASE ONLY REPLY IF YOU CAN WORK THERE We are seeking Sous Chef to join our expanding catering & events team. This position will suit a creative, committed chef with a passion for modern Australian cooking, who understands catering and; production. Responsibilities include assisting the head chef in the smooth and efficient kitchen operations, maintaining high food standards, utilising your flair & previous experience to assist with menu design, ordering & the execution of external functions and events. Requirements The successful candidate will have: Experience in functions and external catering Manage staff effectively & efficiently An understanding of modern & traditional cookery.
