This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a team that enjoys coming to work each day and creating beautiful dishes for our guests in the restaurant as well as al fresco on the deck and lawn. You'll be helping to build a customer-centric culture through your passion and dedication to the customer experience at all times. To round out our senior kitchen leadership team we need another positive, empowering and collaborative people leader who can build strong relationships working side by side with apprentices, junior team members and other chefs.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
A caring nature to ensure a psychologically and physically safe work environment for your team
Strong cooking skills across all areas
Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the hospitality profession
Organised and precise in your work and delegation of your team
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work within dedicated timeframes and create efficiencies
Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements of the industry
A hands-on approach to managing your team
Commercially and financially astute with strong business acumen
A growth mindset with a curiosity to try new ideas with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
The ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressured, fast-paced kitchen environment
Previous relevant experience in a senior chef role
An interest in wine and a willingness to learn about how it can enhance the dining experience
