This full-time role is suited for passionate chefs wanting to work with a highly experienced executive chef and an industry-proven, supportive senior management team.
Our menu is seasonally varied.
We make bread daily, stocks and sauces, pickles, preserves and so much more.

The nearest town is just over an hour away.
We recommend you have a vehicle to be able to escape the mountain from time to time and to be able to stock up on food supplies.
We provide self-contained accommodation, usually sharing with another couple.
Discounts on food and drinks apply both with us and at each of the other venues here to support our 'mountain folk'.
We have an EAP program for our employees.
