Details of the offer

The Franklin Hotel, located in Adelaide CBD, is on the lookout for a Sous Chef for our kitchen.
The right candidate would have experience in a similar role and have full-time availability.
Our roster runs on a 40 hour week and the kitchen is open daily, with a good work/life balance.
We are a small, independent, close-knit operation producing high quality, creative food.
You will work closely with our head chef and aid with menu development as well as the daily running of the kitchen.
