Our Sous Chef will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of food standards, strongly influencing the overall performance and reputation of the pub in the local community.Who are
you?
As this role is critical in achieving our aim of creating great experiences, you will need to have:At least 1 year experience as a Senior Chef, able to create and deliver high quality food strategies and menusExperience completing stocktakes and higher duties such as ordering, service high volume functionsStrong leadership skills, creating a team environment and strong relationship with FOH staffSound demonstration of product knowledge, technical skills, food standards and safe food handling practicesValid Basic Food Handler CertificationCert III in Commercial Cookery desiredWhy should you join us?
