You would work closely with the Head Chef to assist in the development of the menu plus learn the skills to organise and control all KPI's, from a financial prospective to providing a positive culture within the kitchen. You will need to be a team player, great communicator and motivated are key elements to being successful for the role offered.About YouOur ideal candidate is an experienced, motivated and passionate individual, who can remain cool under pressure.
