We are looking for a driven, approachable Sous Chef with an attention for detail, a passion for food, and getting the best out of our people.
Working under the guidance of our Head Chef and Group Food and Beverage Manager this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!
As you'd expect, you'll need to be in our kitchen at peak hours so you should expect to work weekends and evenings.
To be successful in role you'll need:
Trade qualification with relevant experience in a similar environment
Technical knowledge and experience
You'll need to be able to run all sections of the kitchen and communicate effectively with our team
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated experience in maintaining food safety standards
Understand WHS safety principles in the kitchen environment
Passion and energy for your craft
Be an approachable and collaborative team player
