About You A passion for contemporary Australian cuisine and a strong understanding of seasonal and locally-sourced ingredientsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamStrong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detailA commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests You Will Also Have Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent (Essential)Current Food Safety Supervisor (Essential)Consistent employment in a 4* or 5* hotel, cruise ship, or convention centreMinimum 3-4 years' experience in Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef positionImpeccable grooming and personal presentationDemonstrated ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent
