THE POSITION Play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day catering operations Plan and execute a seasonal grab n' go and la carte menus, drawing upon local providers for inspiration Providing onsite catering whilst offering support to the function and events operation Mentor an eager team of culinary enthusiasts Stock control and budget management, including labour and wastage Champion our safety-first culture Be flexible in delivering menus according to dietary requirements THE PERSON Certificate III/IV Commercial Cookery Previous experience as a leader and enjoys creating a positive work culture Culinary background in restaurants/ functions and events Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations Medium level of Computer literacy.
