Fantastic opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Vincent Wine. Working with our Head Chef you will deliver a standout menu of French bistro classics.
You will be passionate, reliable, hard working and keen to capitalise on this opportunity.
Vincent Wine is one of Perth's busiest wine bars. We are a small and dynamic team who work hard and have a lot of fun along the way.
The successful applicant will have:
A passion for food
5+ years chef experience
Experience delivering French/Italian/Modern Aus cuisine
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Exceptional kitchen hygiene standards
