Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance menu offerings and special events.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen.
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
