Your responsibilities will include: Responsible for all food preparation and ensuring a high quality of Hospital food production whilst ensuring cleanliness within the Department in line with Food Safety Plan, relevant HACCP standards and Hospital policy. Key qualifications and attributes include: Trade Certificate in catering/cooking or HACCP Training Certificate Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Minimum of 2 years' experience in a large scale food preparation environment Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required Commitment to excellence in preparation and supply of food services. Resolve any workplace conflict in a professional manner through the correct organisational processes. Experience in a similar role within the health care industry.
