Be part of a thriving Turkish venue and a dedicated team in a first-class location. As Sous chef you are responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations as 2IC to the Head Chef. This role is for serious, dedicated kitchen professionals who live and breathe this industry and have a passion for creativity.

What you'll do: Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectationsSupport the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management and food preparationProvide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environmentManage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standardsWhat you'll need: Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment for at least 4 yrs.Ability to lead a large team and build a positive cultureExtensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipmentTrade Cooking qualificationsThe desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional teamJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
