Wet Deck - Get the party started at WET Deck, our oasis with riverside views and a vibrant atmosphere. Our rooftop bar is the ultimate place for vivid sunsets, handcrafted cocktails, light bites, live DJs and events. Living Room Bar - Glam up for an unforgettable experience at Living Room Bar. Enjoy curated cocktails from expert mixologists at our cocktail bar in Brisbane's CBD or indulge in the famous High Tea as the venue moves from a serene lounge by day to a lively venue by night. THE ROLE W Hotels uses Beverage & Food as a way to tell unique stories and feed the conversation. We deliver innovative, authentic and exciting B&F experiences that embrace the local culture and operate with a global consciousness. Working with the Executive Chef, EAM B&F and Bars Manager you will deliver unique experiences that surprise and delight our guests.  You will work to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction, while maximizing financial performance.
