About the role We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our Kitchen.
We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate chef who will enhance our already phenomenal team with their own innovation and experience.
Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, this role assists in managing all aspects of food production, presentation and quality within our kitchens to the highest possible standard.
Your primary focus will be food production together with staff management and training.
