Sous Chef

Full Time Salary position: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience.The position of Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing a specific kitchen within Lasseters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and customer service.
This role includes the day-to-day running of the kitchen area, inventory management, adherence to protocols, cleanliness and hygiene, and providing training for all chefs within the kitchen section.
