Sous Chef

Full Time Salary position: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience.The position of Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing a specific kitchen within Lasseters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and customer service. Responsibilities include the day-to-day running of the kitchen area, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and providing training for all chefs within the section.
