Reporting directly to the Executive Chef you will be responsible for: The day to day running of the Kitchen You will be experienced in Hotel and Banquet Operations but will also have the extensive experience in a la carte.
Experience in stocktake, ordering, rosters, team leadership, menu design and costing with the ability to take complete control over the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef is essential.
