Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to help lead our team at Oaks Broome Hotel and Oaks Cable Beach Resort on a full time basis.
Working closely with the Head Chef, this position will be responsible for the formulation of culinary dishes, whilst supervising and providing guidance to the kitchen and restaurant teams.
