Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a new Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Working in partnership with our Head Chef, you will be:
Assisting in leading and mentoring our kitchen teamEnsuring smooth and efficient kitchen operationsUpholding the highest food quality and hygiene standardsCollaborating with our Head Chef in menu developmentOverseeing food preparation and plating during serviceManaging inventory, ordering, and stock controlSupporting and delivering a positive, productive team environmentWhat's in it for you?
