About the role: A key role that will support the delivery of the Bunnings Private Label strategy.
You will work closely with the Buyers, QA and Design teams, Private Label team and international Suppliers to understand customer needs to develop, brief and approve new ranges and product innovation, including packaging artwork, leveraging the expertise of all SMEs to ensure best quality and value for our customers.
What's involved: Develop ranging strategy with the Buying teams to create innovation in products and ranges Lead and manage the product sourcing and range tender process with international suppliers to deliver financial KPIS re margin and sales Identify local and global opportunities to develop and grow the market Knowledge of product development, product and artwork briefing and final approvals Support in delivering the Bunnings' Global Sourcing and Private Label strategies to deliver growth Who we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international sourcing capabilities and production standards, combined with a base level of global logistics and shipping knowledge to optimise product range costs and service standards.
You'll need: Good commercial acumen and a strategic mindset Knowledge of product development and quality approvals Analytical skills and financial acumen Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills A high level of attention to detail with strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Commerce / Economics or related field (preferred) Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team are committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey.
