Sourcing & Procurement Lead – Maas

The Sourcing & Procurement Project Lead is responsible for defining a Sourcing & Procurement function strategy, framework, and operating model and leading a project team to implement multiple initiatives to achieve the objectives of the Powerhouse Renewal.
The role drives the uplift of Powerhouse's procurement function to enable the organisation to procure more efficiently and effectively while doing so in a manner compliant with Powerhouse and NSW procurement frameworks and policies. This will include leading a team to conduct a current state assessment, defining future state requirements, performing a gap analysis, and identifying and driving the implementation of initiatives required to uplift Powerhouse's Procurement operating model with the ultimate objective of positioning Powerhouse to obtain Level 1 Accreditation for the procurement of goods and services from Buy NSW by April 2026.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
