The department is responsible for the management of financial, governance, and relationship management outcomes in regard to sourcing, contract management, purchasing, and third party suppliers.A full-time permanent position which can be based in Bendigo or Melbourne . We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week.Demonstrated procurement experience in Sourcing and/or OperationsEntry level Procurement Process and Source-To-PayEntry level contract records managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation and a diverse stakeholder groupDemonstrated ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience in administrative, operational and contract documentation reviewStrong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to continuously improve and contribute to the department goalsAs a Sourcing Officer you'll get to:Support both Sourcing & Partnerships and Operations teamFocus on sourcing administration tasks supporting sourcing events, contract record management including review of contract terms in line with delivery of goods/services, andUndertake operations activities including compliance reporting, low level sourcing and purchasing support.We believe a diverse workforce supported by an inclusive culture is central to our success and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business.
