Position Summary: The Executive Customer Service Specialist (Billing and Admin) plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless billing and administrative process for customers. This position involves managing account provisioning, maintaining accurate billing records, and addressing customer inquiries related to billing and payments. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with clients, process payments, and ensure data accuracy. The specialist will act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring excellent service delivery and efficient resolution of billing and administrative concerns.
Job Details: Shifting Schedule (including weekends) Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City (On-site) Responsibilities & Tasks: Manage the provisioning process including the creation of accounts/users and any other areas that require modification or termination. Provide login credentials and welcome package to new customers. Coordinate with client for any customs and trade business-related forms. Manage SalesOps email to ensure all payments are forwarded to Finance Department Collect all information needed to calculate charges or refund Check and review data input in the billing system to ensure accuracy of final bill. Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.) Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc. Handle customer queries regarding bills. Qualifications: Proven experience in Data Encoding, Billing or General Accounting Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational skills Works independently, has good judgement and consistent follow-through Has the ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms Has the ability to work effectively with demanding customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
