THE ROLE
Lake Imaging is seeking experienced Sonographers to join the team at the St John of God Hospital Warrnambool.
You will be a part of our collaborative, committed Sonography team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities will include: Conduct a variety of scans including 1st and 2nd trimester pregnancy scans, with a focus on follicle studies, and occasional paediatrics scans.Adhere to enjoyable 30-minute appointment times with ample breaks.Manage your own list of appointments.Collaborate with radiologists and colleagues.Ensure rooms are restocked, cleaned and patients are finalized.Competitive salary with annual reviews.Week on-call rotations operating between 08:00am - 05:00pm.Additional Paid Parental Leave.Fitness Passport with over 1000+ locations nationwide.A recognition and rewards platforms for salary packing options and employee discounts at hundreds of retailers for everyday expenses, holidays, health insurance, a wellbeing program and employee assistance program.Generous employee referral bonuses for a financial incentive to our employees on referring great talent to our team.Employee Recognitions programs to celebrate our team living our values and providing outstanding patient care.An innovative and evolving company.Supportive and engaging clinic managers.Career advancement and succession options.Great work-life balance with flexibility available for FT or PT.Free Parking and great social events!MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate Diploma or Masters of Medical Ultrasound with current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).Ideally 2+ years postgraduate ultrasound experience.An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics and vascular.Prepared to participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster between 8am - 5pm.The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.Experience with Siemens and GE ideal.Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.INTERESTED?
