About This RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for a sonographer to join our friendly and supportive team.The position will be servicing the Mildura private clinic – Healthscope Court as well as the Mildura Base Public Hospital, with rotating on-call and weekend requirements.
You will be exposed to a broad range of examinations and interesting cases.This role is permanent, with full-time or part-time hours considered.LocationMildura is a vibrant regional city full of contrast, from the Murray River to the outback.
Mildura encompasses perfect regional living while also being well connected, with daily flights to Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.

Mildura has many additional modern facilities including shopping complexes, an indoor aquatic centre, and an arts centre.The RoleAs the area's main provider of radiology services at both Mildura Base Hospital and our Healthscope court clinic rooms, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases.You will have the option of flexible hours, access to a wide range of career development opportunities, and of course a rewarding and quality remuneration package.Key accountabilities include:Consistently delivering high quality and efficient ultrasound imaging servicesWorking together with doctors, technicians, and clinic staff to ensure smooth, seamless patient carePromoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standardsKey selection criteria:Current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)Previous experience practicing sonography in a busy clinic or hospital environmentAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staffHow do you apply?If this sounds like you, please click the apply link and ensure you attach an up-to-date resume and confirm your preferred work type as either full time or part time.Due to training requirements and on-the-job support, and to ensure you have enough contact time to master your role, we prefer that you have no planned extended leave for the first 3 months in the role.To apply you must have unlimited, full permanent working rights in Australia.
