The RoleYou will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people worldwide as an ANZ POS/CB Analyst. Your key responsibilities include:
Data Acquisition: Work independently with vendors & CP to acquire partner POS data, ensuring it's delivered in the required format. Interact with channel partners to facilitate smooth delivery.Data Cleansing: Oversee ongoing data hygiene and cleaning, removing duplicate entries, and working with Genpact to cleanse end-user customer address and 3M product information.Team Collaboration: Liaise with other POS team members, MSO, and business teams to ensure timely and quality reporting of POS data. Collaborate with channel partners to align expectations on POS topics.Data Analytics: Develop POS reports and analysis within 14 working days of request, demonstrating knowledge of SAP Business Objects. Create or modify BI Reports and deliver required metrics on time.Process Design & Automation: Develop process models to support organizational workflows. Implement changes and improvements as needed, proceeding with low-risk changes independently and moderate or high-risk changes with manager approval.Systems Understanding: Demonstrate knowledge of internal systems, including COPS, CRM, Image Now, PBI, BO, GTMS, and Lotus Notes.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo succeed in this role, you must possess:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Three years of experience in Large Data Manipulation and clean-up in a private, public, government, or military environmentStrong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systemsCompetence in MS Office and Excel, with experience in Pivot Tables and V lookupsAdditional qualifications that can help you excel in this role include:
Master's degree from an accredited institutionTertiary qualifications in a Business or Unit-related functionExperience with SAP Business ObjectsStrong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesA knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or AgileSolventum is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our recruitment process.
