Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.Job Scope:The Service Line Crushing Consumables is a specialized segment that not only supplies customized services and wear-resistant components, but also offers a comprehensive suite of solutions to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and overall productivity of crushing operations throughout the entire product lifecycleYour responsibilities:Manage the customers and their consumables throughout the product life cycleAssessing customer needs and recommending the most suitable products/solutionsIdentify and develop new businesses in the regionProvides feedback to the business regarding customer needs and market intelligenceMaintain opportunities in the CRM systemMonitor the industry for updates and changes in the product landscapeBe able to perform health checks on customers' sites, review data, and present feedbackWork closely with product line, engineering, and sales teams across FLS.Support development of specific marketing documents to place solutions primary benefitsSelf-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.Ability to support the Proposal department on complex solutionsWhat you bring:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Good experience within the mining/industrial industry.
Specific experience with heavy industrial products and/or systems is a plus.Good experience with consumable products.
Mechanical Background, able to read and understand Mechanical drawingsGood communication skills, written and spoken.Deep product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniquesCapable of communicating complex concepts to customers in simple termsAble to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and minesWhat we offer: Competitive remuneration package on offer.
