For one of our clients – a well-known, global company providing innovative services and solutions in the BPO field. We are on a search for skilled, capable and sales-savvy people for the role of Solutions Sales Specialist with Italian and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria - Hybrid Model).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead client meetings and apply best practices to support business growth. Serve as a subject matter expert on the client's advertising platform, including its features and enhancements, becoming a trusted advisor for their business development. Provide recommendations for campaign setup and optimization while overseeing active client campaigns. Meet specific sales targets and maximize opportunities during each interaction. Ensure the accuracy of the sales pipeline and monitor the return on investment (ROI) for client campaigns using a customer management system (CRM). Requirements: Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken). 2+ years of experience working in a sales-oriented role. Skilled in value-based selling to clients and channel partners. Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is a plus. Strong knowledge of MS Office programs. Motivated by a fast-paced environment. Our client offers: Competitive salary (3200-3600 BGN GROSS) and performance-based bonuses.
