In This Role, your key responsibilities will be: Provide customers with consultative technical advice for complex systems or qualitative instruments.Understand and translate customer needs into solution packages using the range of Emerson products & third-party hardware as required & work with our team in Manila to finalise proposals.Attend post tender clarification meetings if required to support articulation of value message.Conduct trials at site with the help of Service Technician. Host customer inspections or Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to ensure product conformance to customer's order.Work with customer to ensure documentation requirements are agreed and met.To handle and detail order variation charges with client.Keep management informed of potential issues relating to the execution of the order.Who You Are You Identify and seize new opportunities. Provide timely and helpful information to others across the organization. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Show personal commitment and act to continuously improve. For This Role, You Will Need: Degree in an Engineering or Science related field.Project Execution, product and technical experience or relative trade experience.
