As the
Solutions Integration Architect,
you will support our client, a key Defence agency, in guiding the strategic development and implementation of change management strategies for a critical program of work.
This program aims to deliver tangible outcomes and drive meaningful change in redefining approaches within the capability lifecycle.
To succeed in this endeavour, you will:
Assess and evaluate potential technology solutions to ensure they meet organisational requirements, focusing on feasibility, scalability, and security.
Develop and implement integration strategies to incorporate solutions into existing systems, enhancing overall operational capabilities.
Identify technology gaps and assess vendor solutions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and improve system interoperability.
Provide expert advice on the design and integration of complex solutions, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Manage vendor relationships and technology roadmaps to support effective integration and alignment with strategic initiatives.
Analyse and address system interoperability and data integration challenges to ensure diverse technologies work cohesively within the organisation.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:
Proven track record in evaluating and integrating complex solutions within engineering or digital transformation fields.
Extensive experience in identifying technology gaps, assessing vendor solutions, and implementing integration strategies.
Successful history of aligning technology solutions with business objectives, driving innovation, and enhancing system interoperability.
Proficiency in solution evaluation, feasibility assessment, scalability analysis, vendor management, and technology roadmap development.
Strong analytical skills to assess technology solutions and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Expertise in solutions architecture, system interoperability, and the integration of diverse technologies to meet organisational needs.
You must have the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
