Full-Time Position Sales Engineer Kaseya is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer for our Sydney office to support the Sales Team. The position includes designing and delivering presentations highlighting the Kaseya suite of products. This mainly pre-sales opportunity will use your skills as a product sales expert and turn this expertise into new business for Kaseya, and with our clients being APAC wide the majority of your communication will be through Zoom, Teams and Kaseya Technology. There will be opportunity for travel within ANZ to industry and company events, as well as client meetings. The Position will be focused on Autotask PSA, and applicants would benefit from prior PSA or RMM experience within industry. Job Description Design, prepare and deliver technical presentations to address client business challenges and requirements to achieve a Tech Win. Excel at delivering presentations over the phone and in person as well as on webinars. Partner with Sales Executives to educate prospective customers and partners about the benefits of Kaseya products and the IT Complete Platform - this includes presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling, proposals, and the resultant follow up on all customer related issues. Drive sales and create revenue generating opportunities by demonstrating ownership of the pre-sales technical process. This can include promoting Kaseya's technology to prospective customers and driving new products and services to our customers. Administer and collect all technical inputs for product Proof of Concepts (POC) and prepare presentations on completion of the POC to validate the solutions effectiveness. Engage in and oversee the development of customer proposals, including technical responses to RFI and RFP documents, ensuring all expertise, information and recommendations are concisely defined and clearly articulated. Work closely with Product Management and associated teams to develop future product direction and strategy - providing valuable input from the field. The Ideal Candidate has: The successful candidate must have strong verbal and written fluency in English, including technical terms, that will allow them to effectively present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences, ranging from the user to the executive level. A background in technology or business applications that provide Asset management, billing & invoicing, remote monitoring and access, automation applications and CRM tools. Proven 2+ years of demonstration ability for products, and ability to articulate value of the solution. Experience in other PSA ticketing tools is highly regarded, or experience within a CRM, invoicing, time and material billing, asset management and business management suites. Experience in the MSP landscape, business models of an MSP, break fix & managed services. Experience of Windows management processes preferably as a System Admin. Enthusiasm for learning new things & solving problems, interest in branching into other products. Comfortable engaging customers on the phone, outgoing, enthusiastic and positive! Leading with clear agendas and having control of customer engagements. You're patient and easy to work with, even when under pressure, but also Autonomous. Business or sales acumen is preferred. Proficient in the Windows Operating System with an understanding of the features of both MAC and Linux Operating Systems. Understanding of general Networking concepts, like LAN, WAN, DNS, VPN's, SaSe. General understanding of other network/SaaS solutions like Backup, DR, M365, AV, EDR, and Patching.
