The ThreatLocker platform with Application Allowlisting, Ringfencing, Storage Control, Elevation Control, Endpoint Network Control, Configuration Management, and Operational Alert solutions are leading the cybersecurity market toward a more secure approach of blocking the exploits of application vulnerabilities.POSITION OVERVIEWThreatLocker's Solutions Engineers are the technical subject matter experts in supporting clientele through ThreatLocker's product lifecycle.Solutions Engineers are responsible for, but not limited to:Supporting Sales department in lead and product demonstration callsManaging post-sales cycle to providing technical support to client through audit reviewsServe as a technical expert in providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involvedAssist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the teamAnalyze current technologies used within the company to identify and mitigate potential gaps within processes and cyclesDocument and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experienceWork alongside sales teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiativesAccount for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challengesCreate and deploy product training webinarsAttend conferences, trade shows, knowledge sessions as a brand ambassador and presenterREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutionsExperience within cybersecurity industry, preferredUnderstanding of best practices regarding system security measuresAdvanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processesUnderstanding of sales cycleExcellent verbal and written communicationWORKING CONDITIONSThe duties described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
