Five (5) years demonstrated program management support experience.
(Willing to work with the candidate if they have less than five (5) years' experience)
Tasking:
Use MS Project for developing program plans and tracking program execution including the generation of critical path.
Generate weekly status reports, update monthly reporting presentations, and respond to administrative data calls.
Attend meetings and working groups.
Provide meeting minutes and serve as the single point of collection for team information, questions, and action items generated during meetings.
Coordinate and schedule meetings.
Provide financial and programmatic assistance for the development of budget planning estimates for Task Planning Sheets (TPS), TPS entry and updates in the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), cost estimates for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs), and impact statements due to reduced allocations.
