Solutions Consultant (Sydney, Hybrid)

GTreasury is currently looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing Solutions Delivery team.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will sit in Sydney and be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements for a Treasury management system, and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate for the Solutions Consultant role will be able to leverage prior experience in treasury, finance, relationship banking or Fintech related roles and apply an understanding of our enterprise level customers complex financial needs to implement an appropriate solution.
Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business/technical requirements/process Serve clients across ANZ, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong (max 25% travel to be expected) Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals Act as an SME for financial instruments and risk, and train both clients and internal parties on the module and on market best practices Participate in building and implementation of the solution Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation Ensure implementation proceeds on specification and budget Ensure client expectations are met/exceeded in terms of product setup and services delivered Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels Knowledge & Previous Experience:
Proven experience in Treasury, Finance, Relationship Banking, or Fintech related role required Proven track record in project management and implementations – either on behalf of clients or as a business user Previous experience/exposure to SaaS either with a software provider or consulting/implementation partner Experience serving clients in Singapore, Southeast Asia and/or Hong Kong Fluency or excellent level of English.
Knowledge of an additional relevant language (Bahasa or Mandarin) will be a plus Previous experience and success working directly with clients Adept with financial math Personal Qualities:

Ability to think critically, solve problems and propose solutions Self-starter who can independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Enrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus What You Will Get:
