Solutions ConsultantApplication Deadline: 31 January 2025Department: SalesEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: Melbourne, AUReporting To: Will WorsleyDescriptionJoin a global leader in EHS and compliance technology as a Solutions Consultant, where you'll bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs.Leverage your expertise in enterprise software and solutions to make a meaningful impact on client success and workplace safety, health and environmental footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Work closely with potential and existing commercial & enterprise clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their business needs.Technical Expertise: Present and articulate complex software solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Solution Customization: Collaborate with the sales, customer success and product teams to tailor product demonstrations and proposals to meet specific client requirements.Support Sales Cycle: Partner with Business Development Managers (aka Account Executives) & Customer Development Managers during the sales process, providing in-depth product knowledge and addressing technical questions to drive successful outcomes.Proof of Concept (POC): Manage PoC implementations and trials to showcase the platform's capabilities and secure client buy-in.Training & Enablement: Assist in onboarding new clients (where required) and provide ongoing training to ensure seamless adoption and usage of the platform.Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate client feedback to the product and development teams to contribute to continuous product improvement.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseYou don't have to tick every box!Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role, ideally with complex SaaS or enterprise software.
