About the role We are excited to announce a newly created Solutions Consultant position within our TouchNet team to support growing sales operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class e-commerce and payment solutions to universities and educational institutions.
The Solutions Consultant will partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise on the TouchNet product suite, guiding prospects and customers through the sales process from presales to implementation.
You will lead technical demonstrations, discovery sessions, and ensure seamless transitions to post-sales implementation.
Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with universities and sales teams to understand campus payment and e-commerce integration needs;Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting benefits and integration capabilities;Drive the technical aspects of the sales process and contribute to sales success;Assist with Statements of Work (SOW) and RFP responses;Support lead generation through trade shows, conferences, webinars, and events;Serve as a technical resource for sales and product teams;Conduct site surveys and provide on-campus walkthroughs for access control and POS solutions;Facilitate smooth onboarding and transition from sales to implementation;Act as a liaison between customers, the implementation team, and other stakeholders;Gather client feedback and share insights to inform product improvements and features.About you We're looking for a teammate who will stand by our values and bring them to life.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
Ideally 3-5+ years of experience in University ITS or Campus Finance;Strong knowledge of the higher education technology space in Australia and New Zealand, particularly around payments, campus ID cards, or e-commerce solutions;Familiarity with Student Information Systems (e.g., Ellucian, Unit 4, Peoplesoft);Strong presentation, communication, and organisational skills;Ability to articulate technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, and Salesforce;Ability to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.At TouchNet, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies that are transforming campus commerce and payments.

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $95,000, plus superannuation, along with a performance-based bonus and commission.
The on-target earnings (OTE) are expected to be around $125,000 plus superannuation.
