We're looking for a Solutions Consultant, APACwho will serve as the technical counterpart to our sales team and work closely with Customers, Partners and prospects.
This candidate will help with sales meetings, scope client requirements, and run product demonstrations.
The Solutions Consulting team also provides product knowledge support to the Sales Team as part of presales discussions for new and existing customers.
Expectations of your role include: Work to help qualify and close deals from a technical requirements perspective with Sales and development partners/agencies.Engaging with clients through requirements discovery and strategic consulting sessions.Creating customized product demos and proof of concepts for use during virtual or on-site client demonstrations.Act as a SME on projects with cross-functional teams.Participating in online webinars and in-person events/speaking engagements.Becoming an expert on Celigo's application ecosystem and integrations.Aligning with product and RnD teams on future roadmaps and sharing feedback on released features and client trends.Mentoring and coaching the sales team on technical aspects of the Celigo platform.What would you do, if hired? Reporting directly to VP, APAC you will be supporting the company growth across the region.
Working with customers and partners located in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Japan.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with external clients, handling a variety of different tasks simultaneously, prioritizing open issues, and be capable of managing multiple deadlines.Work independently, and as part of a larger team, to utilize your industry experience and creativity in crafting cloud integration solutions for multiple eCommerce systems, including but not limited to most ERPs, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, eBay, QuickBooks, Zoho, Zuora, and Amazon ecosystems.Contribute and develop sales enablement collateral and presentations for our products and solutions.
This role provides critical support to our Sales Representatives.Be the voice of the customer internally helping shape our productsOffer feedback to our Product engineering team on current trends and product enhancement planningDetermine the optimal way to position our products and services in the marketArchitect repeatable solutions that can be productized.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplinesAt least three years of combined industry experience in at least one of the following areas: enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering/ solution consultingPrior experience with an ERP.
