About the role
As Solutions Architect at Queue-it, you will play a critical role in making a great impression on Queue-it's prospective and new customers as they implement our best-in-class virtual waiting room. You will act as a technical expert by delivering engaging demos and onboarding new clients. Furthermore, you are a key contributor to our growth by providing technical recommendations to Queue-it's customers. You are expected to work proactively across teams, departments, and functions, constantly pushing for process and technical improvements. You understand how to manage projects, both internally and externally, and know how to manage the change and relevant stakeholders. You are knowledgeable within Solutions Architecture and will be directly involved with important customers and stakeholders.
