Job Description: Solution Architect The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing architecture strategies that enable the efficient storage, integration, and management of data across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise in data technologies, cloud architecture, and integration practices. The Solution Architect works closely with cross-functional teams—including digital managers, technical staff, and project teams—to translate business requirements into scalable and secure data solutions aligned with the organization's digital transformation goals. Key responsibilities include ensuring data governance, security, and compliance with industry standards, as well as promoting best practices in data management. The role also involves guiding the adoption of advanced data technologies such as machine learning, real-time analytics, and AI, while ensuring that data solutions are designed for long-term scalability and performance. The Solution Architect will provide leadership in the development of data models, integration patterns, and technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks. Additionally, the architect will mentor and provide guidance to team members, foster collaboration, and support the continuous evolution of the organization's data strategy. Key Duties: Design and implement scalable, secure data solutions (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, cloud platforms such as Azure). Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical data solutions. Ensure data governance, privacy, and security compliance. Develop data models, integration strategies, and technical designs. Promote the adoption of emerging data technologies, including AI, machine learning, and real-time analytics. Provide guidance on best practices for data quality and governance. Mentor team members and support their professional development. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in data architecture, design, and governance. Expertise in cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure), data lakes, and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks). Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL). Experience with machine learning and real-time analytics solutions. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
