This role will work to find key solution support for our teams.
You will also be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the subject matter expert by providing specific and accurate systems advice and support to BU's across the Crown Resorts Group.Acting as the first point of contact for support from the business team and delivering IT solutions in an efficient and effective manner, maintaining and overseeing the Calendar of activities required to be completed by the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team.Conducting system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and efficient system functionality.Providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.Establishing standards and processes in line with best practice and enabling the delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions across the Crown Resorts Group.About youTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced solutions specialist who has the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
Ideally, you will have worked with Workday in order to provide the business with subject matter expertise.
