Phase In: elements related to pre launch preparation including material set up and pricing in the respective systemsOn market support including marketing, supply chain and pricingPhase out with consideration for effective inventory and customer managementWhat you will be working on: As a Solution Manager, you will:
Work with the Sales and Support teams to deliver a positive customer experience by providing subject matter expertiseDevelop and execute clear marketing strategies for the portfolio, defining the Marketing Mix in collaboration with the Solution Managers for the associated reagentsDefine and implement an appropriate pricing strategy reflective of the strategic intent of the organisationSupport the Customer Success team in the execution of the Marketing Strategy through customer engagement (presentations, campaigns and strategic account planning)Manage inventory to ensure customers receive goods on time and in full in collaboration with the local planner adhering to best practices to minimise stock on hand and write offsWork closely with Quality and Regulatory to ensure our products and activities are compliant with local and global standardsBe responsible for Customer communications including Product Bulletins in collaboration with other respective stakeholders e.g. Regulatory and / or ApplicationsWho you are: As a Subject Matter Expert, you are expected to:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Molecular BiologyPrevious experience working in a Molecular Biology Laboratory preferredExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage cross functional activities and stakeholders including Sales and Support, Regional and Global counterpartsThis field based 12 Months max term contract role requires full eligibility to live and work in Australia.
